I’m 68 years old and I’m concerned about not losing strength and muscle mass. I’ve tried many home exercise models but always end up back with Beachbody. They have over 1500 workouts and so much support with exercise and nutrition. I just signed up with their company again and will be starting a new program tomorrow. It’s 8 weeks and I hope to show positive progress.
